The Operator is responsible for providing and maintaining the online game “Space Colonizers”.
By accessing or using Space Colonizers (the “Game”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Space Colonizers is a browser-based online strategy game.
The Operator reserves the right to modify gameplay mechanics, rebalance units/resources/technologies, reset servers (including full wipes), suspend or discontinue the Game at any time.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months.
